Last month I had the opportunity to capture a fashion show celebrating the release of PURE magazine. The room was filled with the “who’s who” of the Oklahoma fashion and design industry. Fashion Guru Evan Hopkins contacted me and let me know that THIS event was NOT TO BE MISSED!
One of the featured designers in the fashion show was Mr. Johnathan Kayne. The Tennessee bred designer attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in is 2002 class. He designs ballroom gowns, dresses, and evening wear for America’s elite. In May 2006, Mr. Kayne was selected to compete in the hit Bravo TV show “Project Runway” and finished the season in the top 5 of the show. Designer Johnathan Kayne currently resides in Oklahoma City where he has launched the Johnathan Kayne Design Studio that specializes in gowns, dresses, and shoes.
